Kindly take note that our email replies will be slightly slower during weekends and Public Holidays. We provide shipping on Weekdays (except Weekends and Public Holidays).
ORDERING:
Simply click on the item you like to purchase, input the desired colour, size and quantity and click “Add to Cart”.
A notification panel will appear and you may wish to “View Cart” or continue with shopping.
Kindly ensure that the correct size, colour are selected as we do not allow exchanges for incorrect colour or should the size does not fit upon check out.
Once you are done with your purchase, you can proceed to your Shopping Cart and click “Check Out”.
Fill in the necessary details, Postage Selection and Mode of Payment (Internet Banking or Paypal) and proceed to click on “Place Order”.
Should you have a Discount Code, do input it at “View Cart” and click “Apply”.
Do ensure that your address details are correct so as to avoid lost/bounced parcels.
Should your Shipping address be different from your Billing Address, kindly check the box for “Ship to a Different Address” and fill up the necessary details.
Your item(s) will be on hold for you for 24 hours whilst you proceed to make payment via the payment methods accepted.
We will not hesitate to cancel unpaid orders once the 24 hours deadline is up.
All prices indicated in our website are in SGD (Singapore) currency. For International orders, only Paypal payment method is accepted and payments are to be made in SGD currency format at Paypal.

SHIPPING:
We despatch all parcels via Singapore Post (SingPost) within 2 working days after payment is verified.
For deliveries within Singapore, we provide SingPost Local Postage and SingPost Registered Postage options. SingPost Local Postage is free of charge whereas SingPost Registered Postage requires a fee of SGD$2.00.
For both SingPost Local Postage and SingPost Registered Postage delivery options, your parcel will take about 2 to 5 working days to be delivered.
We strongly advise all our customers to opt for SingPost Registered postage because it comes with a tracking number which is a safer delivery option. You may use this tracking number to track the delivery status on SingPost website.
We have other mailing options such as SmartPac and A.M mails (both letterbox and doorstep options). Should you prefer to have your item(s) mailed via these options, kindly indicate at the ‘Customer Note’ comment box and select ‘SingPost Registered Postage’ delivery option before clicking ‘Place Order’.

For International delivery, there is only International Registered Postage option. Should you be opting to ship to a different country, kindly email us at ask.eternityloft@gmail.com and we will advise you on the postage charges accordingly.
By purchasing from Eternity Loft, we deemed the customers as agreeable to their parcels being mailed via SingPost. We are not be held responsible for any delayed and missing parcels. Therefore, we strongly advise our customers to opt for SingPost Registered Postage option. SingPost will not be able to trace and retrieve any missing SingPost Local Postage parcel as it does not comes with a tracking number.
